In an increasingly complex and interconnected world, making strategic decisions at the top requires a holistic perspective of the challenges that your organization faces and an integrated framework for innovative and unconventional managing of the strategy process.

In the context of today’s unprecedented political uncertainty and economic upheaval, the ability to create and manage the best soft-environment is fundamental to succeed and to move forward, to grow. It may seem easy but it is often the result of real-life experiences that generate the best decision making process, and as a consequence, the best corporate strategy and eventually innovation. Massimo will describe the key characteristics that any leader, any director, any supervisor, but also any employee should have in order to avoid bad – predictable – surprises.

His professional career starts in 1998 at the Air Force Academy; he accomplished the Military Pilot Training in the USA, then he flew as Operational Fighter Pilot and as Instructor Pilot until he was selected to join the Frecce Tricolori (Italian Aerobatic Team, the largest in the world) where he became Commander (2006-2010), equivalent of CEO of a Company.
