How data can be used to improve regulation and decision making?  What is the role of technologies as Blockchain and AI in the future of democracy, social organization and law enforcement? What is regulation going to look like for global decentralized systems?

Bio note

Marta Ghiglioni was recognized among 15 most influential Italian women in Innovation in 2017 by Digitalic and in 2018 among 30 most influential Fintech professionals in Italy by Medici. She applied her unique background in business, law, and tech to work in financial services , as a legal consultant first, then working for top managers on Fintech in a top tier pan-European bank (UniCredit), and for the past year, advising Italian Government, Parliament, Institutions (Bank of Italy and CONSOB) and European Authorities on policy drafting for the new financial world . She has a strong passion for improving dialog among different sectors: from legal to technology to business, my aim is to generate a positive impact on people and companies, final users of financial services. Marta is currently working as a consultant from Silicon Valley, Board member of Walliance, leading real estate crowdfunding in Europe, and Innovation and Fintech Faculty at Singularity University.
