Patrycja is a connoisseur of the complexity and nonlinearity of human nature. Experimental social psychologist by training, science and its application is her passion and work. Educated at some of the best universities worldwide. Tested by life, loss and everything in between. People say she has the unique ability to take the complex, abstract and scientific, and translate it into simple, applicable and individual-oriented.
She has been trained by some of the best teachers out there developing thereforea deep understanding of the human body, psyche, and motivation. Combining 10+ years of scientific research with profound training in hypnosis, NLP and mindfullness she always try to both talk the talk and walk the walk.
Kamila guides companies to apply AI and new technologies into products and organizational culture. With the experience of working with organizations such as Intel, Loreal, United Nations, as well as leading international expansion of Geek Girls Carrots, she combines knowledge and leadership skills to suport companies in their digital transformation paths. After almost a decade working with new technologies her experience includes project management, community building, training development, business development, marketing, and business strategy building. She also collaborates with a global Python communities (PyData, PyCon, PyDays) and other programmers’ communities. As she lived and worked in both EU and the US she has a deep understanding of cultural differences in business and adaptation strategies. As the founder of Ginger Tech consulting, and Automation & Education community, she is just the right person to provide guidance in AI, new technologies, business strategy and education projects.
Aleksandra received her PhD in philosophy of artificial intelligence from the Department of Philosophy of Culture of the Institute of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw, currently she is an assistant professor at the Department of Management in Digital and Networked Societies at Kozminski University. Until recently, she conducted research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. She graduated from The New School for Social Research in New York. She will soon start research on work automation in the Labour and Worklife Program at Harvard. He is interested in the development of new technologies, natural language processing, the progress of humanoid artificial intelligence, social robots and wearable technologies.

Skills Gap In The Decade Of Automation.
Computer programs are capable of managing our calendars, finding a sweet spot to call our client or configure an optimal work schedule for our teams. Work automation becoming scalable, cheaper and often more effective than humans work. Still, skillful management is needed to outline the course of action.
The next decade is going to be about an adaptation to efficient cooperation with computer programs (eg. bots and machine learning based decision support systems). Technical intelligence will need to be strongly supported by soft skills, such as emotional intelligence, decision making, responsibility, and effective leadership.
