I’m the co-founder of indaHash (international platform for native ad campaigns with influencers) and LifeTube (the biggest YouTube multichannel network in Central Europe, exited to one of the biggest investment fund). I was given the title of EY Entrepreneur of the Year (in the “New Business” category). For “outstanding contribution to interactive marketing and advertising” I became the first woman to win the “Man of the Year” award, by the MIXX awards IAB, Poland, 2015 (one of the most important awards in the interactive sector). I am honored to be considered one of the “100 Most Inspiring People” in the Polish interactive business sector. Nominated for titles like “Woman in Business” and “Man of the Year – Internet” and received mention for “Business Woman of the Year”. In 2013 I founded LifeTube, a multichannel network for YouTube. After 3 years LifeTube became a leader in its category in Poland, and the biggest network in Central Europe. Totaling over 32 million subscribers, 300 million monthly views, and 270 engaged creators. Over 3 years LifeTube delivered 1000 special projects and campaigns for the global brands operating in Poland. In 2016 LifeTube was acquired by one of the largest fund managers in Poland; Altus TFI. In 2015, together with Włas Chorowiec, I founded indaHash - an international platform that automates content marketing campaigns with digital influencers on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. Thanks to the platform’s design, since its founding indaHash has accomplished over 350 campaigns in markets like Germany, UK, Poland, and South Africa for brands like Coca-cola, McDonalds, P&G and L’Oreal. Currently, the app is used by over 120 000 verified influencers, with a total reach of over 250 million followers. Earlier in my career, I worked in PR for 6 years – I held the position of Deputy Managing Director, Strategic Director in Ciszewski MSL (MSL Group) and Managing Director in Livebrand PR Communications.
